This is for you if...

You provide:

• A content brief, including topic, basic outline, sample texts, model texts, etc. 
  • I will send you this form after checkout!
  • I promise it won't take too long to fill out! 
• Goals, including keywords, KPI's, etc.
• Any required background info or media, such as images.
• A house style / brand voice guide (if applicable).
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (if desired).

• An approximately 1,000 word article.
• Web formatting and optimization, including headers, links, pull quotes, etc.: I can provide HTML, Markdown, or raw text only.
• A bibliography of sources used, either as part of the article (e.g., "Sources" section), as a separate document for your records, or both.
• License to use the article as you see fit on the web, with or without attribution.
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions (if desired)
• Originality report (if desired)

Add-ons:

• With images: I will include up to 5 stock photo or other images, captions and alt-text captions. Where will these images come from? You have 3 options...
  • Tell me which stock photo source you use for content and I will choose images from there.
  • I can provide images from Canva's stock photo partners, as I have a business account and can provide clearance for use to my customers.
  • I can insert and caption images that you choose and provide. 
• Rush turnaround: If you need it really fast, select this option, and I will get it done in 2 business days. 

Turnaround time:  

August 2023: I generally require about 5 business days for a 1,000 word article. For our purposes, a business day is defined as Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific. 

Terms and Conditions:

•  I only provide articles written in English. 
  • If the background material you give me isn't in English, I will do my absolute best to work with it. I can read several languages to varying abilities.
• I make every effort to meet promised deadlines, but sometimes life happens. If I can't meet the promised turnaround time, I will provide a partial or full refund. 
• I want you to be happy with this content. Therefore, 2 rounds of edits are included in the price. In my experience, very few clients need more.
